ANTONELLA PAGNANELLI Cavicchioli Export Manager
Born in Macerata in Italy's Marche region, Antonella spent over 40 years immersed in the culture, food, and wines of central Italy before moving to Milan. Her passion for wine began while organizing wine tours throughout Marche, where she discovered the power of bringing people together through local wineries and regional hospitality.
She officially entered the wine industry with Umani Ronchi, one of Marche's leading wineries, while earning her AIS Sommelier Diploma and developing a deep appreciation for viticulture and winemaking. Antonella later held roles with major Italian wine groups including ILLVA Saronno, Gruppo Italiano Vini, and Cantine Riunite, expanding her expertise across international markets and iconic Italian wine brands.
Today, Antonella is a passionate ambassador for Lambrusco, proudly embracing the joyful spirit of "Lambruscoland" — where great wine, food, and Emilia-Romagna hospitality bring people together.
